Admission to Putnam Indian Field School begins in September for the following school year. While most families complete the process in the fall, we continue to accept students throughout the year as spaces become available.
Siblings applications are due October 1. To be considered for priority enrollment during the month of November, applications from new families must be received by November 1. New students will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis beginning February 1.
The best way to determine if Putnam Indian Field School is right for your child is to tour our campus. During your visit, you and your child will have the opportunity to see the classrooms and play spaces in use; we will explain our philosophy and answer your questions. There is no testing involved, and you and your child will not be separated. Contact Marie Cosgrove, Director of Advancement, for additional information and to schedule a tour.
How to Apply
Partial scholarships are available to families that demonstrate financial need. Please contact Marie Cosgrove for more information about the scholarship process.
Preference for morning class placement is given to siblings of existing students, legacies, and faculty children.
Putnam Indian Field School accepts applicants without regard to race, color, creed, gender, or ethnicity.
